We know that reliable and convenient public transportation is of utmost importance to you, especially on your way to and from campus. In order to continuously improve your experience with the buses in Osnabrück, we at the AStA have set up a new tool for you.
With our public transport complaint form, you now have the opportunity to inform us directly about problems and challenges you experience on your journeys. Whether delays, overcrowding or other concerns – let us know! We collect your feedback and incorporate it into discussions with the transport companies. We also use your experiences as an important argumentation aid in the negotiations on the semester ticket.
You can easily find the form via the menu under the “Contact and inquiries” tab on our website. Your voice is important to us, because only together can we make a difference and improve conditions for all students.
