Field reports with the Greentopf, a Swiss school cookbook
On Monday, 8 November, an online lecture on the topic of climate-friendly and enjoyable food will take place within the Consumer Week of the Wabe Centre of the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences from 6 pm. Christine Brombach from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences Wädenswil and Franziska Stöckli, author of the vegetarian and vegan Swiss school cookbook “Greentopf” will report on their experiences and results.
