Online Workshop Mindful Creativity & Humour as a Resilience Factor

On Thursday, 25.11.2021 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. there will be an online workshop with the Austrian cabaret artist Nadja Maleh as part of the project “Promoting humour as a study companion” for students at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences. What exactly is it? We’re all feeling it more and more: our old understanding of success and progress is lagging behind reality. The consequences are work stress and dissatisfaction. You need mindfulness to realise and solve stress patterns. You need easy and easily accessible tools for innovative thinking. But You also need lightness and humour, because only a relaxed brain can work optimally. The human is a creative being. And what does the creative mind like to do most? It plays. And learns! With a clear mind and a relaxed body in the here and now! Mindful tools for creativity and humour help to update your inner self. Cabaret artist Nadja Maleh combines serious topics with humorous lightness. She combines mindfulness, creativity and humour.
