Colourful variety of pulses

The WABE Centre of the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences is organising a workshop on the topic of pulses as part of Consumer Week on Tuesday, 9 November at 6 pm. Students from the Ecotrophology degree programme will present the large and varied range of pulses and their use in the kitchen at the WABE Centre (Zum Gruthügel 8, 49134 Wallenhorst). The positive health effects and the opportunities for a sustainable and climate-conscious diet will also be addressed.
