Too good for the bin – conjure up delicacies from leftover vegetables and fruit!

What can each and every individual do when vegetable or fruit leftovers accumulate in the kitchen during food preparation? Or do you suddenly have to harvest huge quantities of fruit and vegetables from the garden? One possibility is to preserve them. In a workshop organised by the WABE Centre of the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences (Zum Gruthügel 8, 49134 Wallenhorst) on Wednesday, 10 November at 6 p.m., those interested can learn about and try out various ways of preserving food.

The participation fee is 25 euros. Registration by email to wabe@hs-osnabrueck.de is required.
