University Yoga
Dear students,
Are you still looking for a physical and mental balance to your studies?
Hochschulyoga helps you to strengthen your body and relax with flowing movements in connection with your breath. You will be given enough space to take your individual needs into account
We are delighted that Mirja will be leading the course again. She is a trained yoga teacher and sports student.
The course is free of charge and any student at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences can register.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
When: Every Wednesday at 17:00-18:00
Where: In the mindfulness room (SL0220)
Registration always starts one week before on Thursday at 10 am.
