Die Berufungskommission veranlasst die Ausschreibung der Professur und steht dem jeweiligen Fakult\u00e4tsrat beratend zur Seite. Zu den Aufgabengebieten der Berufungskommission geh\u00f6rt au\u00dferdem die Durchf\u00fchrung von Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4chen, die Einladung zu Probelehrveranstaltungen, die Einholung von Gutachten, die Erstellung von Rangfolgelisten der Bewerber*innen sowie die Berichtsverfassung zum Berufungsverfahren. Die weiterf\u00fchrenden Schritte werden vom Fakult\u00e4tsrat, Senat, Pr\u00e4sidium und Fachministerium oder Stiftungsrat vorgenommen. Teil dieser Kommission k\u00f6nnen Studierende, (externe) Professor*innen, wissenschaftliche Mitarbeitende und nicht stimmberechtigte Mitarbeitende aus Technik und Verwaltung sein<\/p>\n

Die Internationale Kommission ber\u00e4t sich in der Regel dreimal pro Semester zu allen Fragen, die einen internationalen Kontext aufweisen. Die Beschl\u00fcsse werden anschlie\u00dfend als Empfehlung an die zust\u00e4ndigen Organe zur Umsetzung weitergegeben. In der Kommission wird jedes Studienprofil durch einen vom Fakult\u00e4tsrat gew\u00e4hlten Vertreter repr\u00e4sentiert. Ebenfalls vom Fakult\u00e4tsrat werden zwei Studierende gew\u00e4hlt, von denen einer einem internationalen Studiengang angeh\u00f6ren muss. Des Weiteren nehmen die Koordinatorin des IFO, der zust\u00e4ndige Studiendekan (Leitung) und der Gleichstellungsbeauftragte an den Sitzungen teil.<\/p>\n

Jede Fakult\u00e4t an der Hochschule hat eine eigene Kommission f\u00fcr Lehre und Studium, die Studienkommission. Diese ist von dem Fakult\u00e4tsrat getroffenen Entscheidungen zu den Themen Lehre, Studium und Pr\u00fcfungen zu informieren. Daraufhin hat die Studienkommission die M\u00f6glichkeit Empfehlungen auszusprechen. Die Bedeutung der Studienkommission liegt darin, dass sie die Fakult\u00e4t fachlich vertritt und ein angemessener Informationsfluss vorhanden ist. In der Studienkommission sitzen neben den Studierenden, die mindestens die H\u00e4lfte der Kommissionspl\u00e4tze besetzen, auch Professoren. Die Leitung wird von einem\/einer Studiendekan*in \u00fcbernommen. Diese Position besitzt kein Stimmrecht.<\/p>\n

Die Vergabekommission des Deutschlandstipendiums pr\u00fcft die Bewerbungen auf F\u00f6rderungseignung und entscheidet, an welche Studierenden das Stipendium geben soll. Die Kommission (oder lt. Richtlinie auch der Stipendienauswahlausschuss) besteht aus einem Mitglied des Pr\u00e4sidiums, zwei vom Studierendenparlament berufenen studentischen Mitgliedern, einem nichtstudentischen Mitglied des Senats und der Gleichstellungsbeauftragten der Hochschule Osnabr\u00fcck.<\/p>\n

Studienqualit\u00e4tsmittel sind Gelder vom Land, die der Hochschule zur Sicherung und Verbesserung der Qualit\u00e4t der Lehre und der Studienbedingungen in jedem Semester gew\u00e4hrt werden. Die Summe der zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellten Mittel richtet sich nach der Anzahl der Studierenden. An dieser Stelle kommt die Studienqualit\u00e4tsmittelkommission, die auch zu einemDie Studienqualit\u00e4tskommissuin ist, daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, dass die Mittel zweckgerecht verteilt werden. Die letztendliche Entscheidungsgewalt liegt jeodch beim Pr\u00e4sidium. Antr\u00e4ge zur Verwendung der Studienqualit\u00e4tsmittel im Rahmen von Studium und Lehre k\u00f6nnen jeweils zum Semesterbeginn von jedem Hochschulmitglied bei der Kommission eingereicht werden.<\/p>\n

Es gibt sowohl die Aufgabe des Gleichstellungsbeauftragten als auch eine Kommission f\u00fcr Gleichstellung. Die Vertreter*innen in der Kommission werden durch den Senat gew\u00e4hlt und setzen sich aus je drei Mitgliedern der Professorengruppe, der wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeitenden, der Mitarbeitenden aus Tecknik und Verwaltung und zwei Studierenden (spezielle Amtszeit: 1 Jahr) zusammen. Mehrheitlich sind Frauen in der Kommission vertreten. Vorsitzender ist der Pr\u00e4sident. Um in der Kommission mitwirken zu k\u00f6nnen, m\u00fcssen sich die Mitglieder zur Verwirklichung des Gleichstellungsauftrages gem. \u00a7 3 Abs. 3 NHG bekennen. Die zweimal im Semester tagende Kommission nimmt eine beratende, unterst\u00fctzende und \u00fcberpr\u00fcfende Stellung rund um die Umsetzung des Gleichstellungsauftrages ein.<\/p>\n

Die letztendliche Entscheidungsgewalt liegt jeodch beim Pr\u00e4sidium. Daraufhin hat die Studienkommission die M\u00f6glichkeit Empfehlungen auszusprechen. Die Bedeutung der Studienkommission liegt darin, dass sie die Fakult\u00e4t fachlich vertritt und ein angemessener Informationsfluss vorhanden ist. In der Studienkommission sitzen neben den Studierenden, die mindestens die H\u00e4lfte der Kommissionspl\u00e4tze besetzen, auch Professoren.
