Was wir machen:<\/h3>\n

Der Senat besteht i.d.R. aus jeweils 13 stimmberechtigten Mitgliedern, die sich aus sieben Professor*innen, zwei wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeitenden (WiMi), zwei Mitarbeitenden aus Technik und Verwaltung (MTV) und zwei Studierenden zusammensetzt. Au\u00dferdem geh\u00f6ren als nicht stimmberechtigte Mitglieder das Pr\u00e4sidium, die Gleichstellungsbeauftragte und jeweils eine Vertretung des AStA und des Personalrats dem Senat an.<\/p>\n

Wir \u2013 die Senatsmitglieder \u2013 entscheiden in allen die gesamte Hochschule betreffenden Angelegenheiten. Wir beschlie\u00dfen beispielsweise die Grundordnung und den Entwicklungsplan sowie den Gleichstellungsplan der Hochschule. Wir w\u00e4hlen das Pr\u00e4sidium, welches durch den Stiftungsrat best\u00e4tigt wird. Dabei ist uns das Pr\u00e4sidium stets rechenschaftsschuldig. Laut Grundordnung besteht unsere Aufgabe noch darin zur Koordinierung der Fakult\u00e4ten hinsichtlich der in Leitbild und Hochschulentwicklungsplan enthaltenen strategischen Ziele der Hochschule Osnabr\u00fcck beizutragen und zu beschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n
