How are we organized?<\/h3>\n

The mentors of the Institute for Dual Study Programs are organized in a variety of committees that perform various tasks. This includes party planning, the design of the freshers’ weekend and communication via various social media channels. <\/p>\n

In addition, there is a mentor spokesperson, who is elected annually. Together with three other members of the Mentor Council, he takes over the overarching coordination of the mentoring program and acts as a link to the institute. The entire structure is based on the volunteer commitment of the mentors, who volunteer their time and experience for the students. <\/p>\n

With the help of our mentoring programme, we strengthen the exchange between students, the university and graduates. By bringing together our and your experiences, we create a large network of knowledge from which we all benefit. <\/p>\n

As mentors, we are planning various events to strengthen the networking between the students. It does not matter who studies what or in which model is studied. The main thing is that we all get together and have fun! <\/p>\n

Especially for the dual students at the Lingen campus, we mentors are available as contact persons. We ourselves are all studying dual and are familiar with the model. In addition to other contact points, we are available to answer your questions or give you personal advice. <\/p>\n

How do you become a mentor?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

You can apply from the second semester onwards. The exact application dates and deadlines will be announced in an information event that takes place in the first 2-3 weeks of each semester \u2013 both in the A and B blocks. In this event you will receive all the important information and can address your questions directly to us. <\/p>\n

After your application, we invite you to get to know each other. Here you can prove your skills and motivation in individual conversations and group work. <\/p>\n
