It is legally represented by its president, Prof. Dr. Alexander Schmehmann. <\/p>\n\n<p>The data protection officer of the controller is:<br\/><br\/>Prof. Dr. Alfred Scheerhorn<br\/>Albrechtstr. 30<br\/>49076 Osnabr\u00fcck<br\/>Phone 0541 969-3540<br\/>Email <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hs-osnabrueck.de\/datenschutz\/\">datenschutz@hs-osnabrueck.de<\/a>    <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Purpose of processing your personal data and legal basis<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>For the purchase of the Deutschlandsemesterticket by enrolled and<\/p>\n\n<p>eligible students (= students obliged to receive them) of Osnabr\u00fcck University of Applied Sciences, the student body of Osnabr\u00fcck University of Applied Sciences, represented by its AStA, has concluded a contract with Niedersachsentarif GmbH (NITAG) in this regard.<\/p>\n\n<p>Since the Deutschlandsemesterticket is available as a personalized, digital ticket according to this contract,<\/p>\n\n<p>is issued, the issuance of the ticket and its subsequent use by the named students requires an authorization check via a login in their respective<\/p>\n\n<p>Shibboleth account required. As part of this authorization check, certain personal data will be transmitted to NITAG by Osnabr\u00fcck University of Applied Sciences. <\/p>\n\n<p>If you belong to the aforementioned group of students and download the Deutschlandsemesterticket via your Shibboleth account upon completion of the eligibility check, Osnabr\u00fcck University of Applied Sciences will therefore transmit the following personal data of yours to NITAG upon your request:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Last name, first name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date of birth<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Status (enrolled student)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>By downloading via Shibboleth, you finally conclude your own contract with NITAG for the purchase of your individual Deutschlandsemesterticket, which entitles you to use individual journeys by means of transport.<\/p>\n\n<p>The processing of your data is therefore necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party or for the implementation of a pre-contractual measure that is carried out at your request, and the provision of your data is contractually required. Without providing your data, the Deutschlandsemesterticket cannot be issued to you or used by you. <\/p>\n\n<p>The legal basis for the processing of your data is therefore Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Recipients\/ Categories of Recipients<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The recipient of your personal data is Niedersachsentarif GmbH.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Duration and storage<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-nowrap is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-ad2f72ca wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p>Since Osnabr\u00fcck University of Applied Sciences does not store your personal data processed in the context of the purchase of the Deutschlandsemesterticket exclusively in this context on its systems, but must also process and store this data for other purposes (e.g. for exam registrations in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (e), (2), (3) GDPR in conjunction with \u00a7 17 NHG), your data will generally be stored by Osnabr\u00fcck University of Applied Sciences at least until the time of your exmatriculation.  However, if you are not obliged to purchase the Deutschlandsemesterticket, your above-mentioned data will not be processed in connection with the purchase of the ticket, but will be blocked for this processing purpose and will not be transmitted to NITAG.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<p>Further information on the storage period of your personal data at NITAG can be found in the data protection information on the NITAG Deutschlandsemesterticket.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Your rights<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>You have the following rights vis-\u00e0-vis us in relation to the personal data concerning you:<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 Right to information,<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 Right to rectification,<br\/>\u2013 Right to erasure,<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 Right to restriction of processing,<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 Right to object to processing<\/p>\n\n<p>\u2013 Right to data portability<\/p>\n\n<p>unless such rights are restricted by law.
