It’s that time of the year again: the exam phase is coming up. And unfortunately it also affects us… But that doesn’t mean that we don’t do anything – of course we are still there for you! During the exam phase, however, the opening hours of our shops are different.
The shops at the individual locations will be open for you in January as follows:
Campus shop at the Caprivi campus
- Tuesday, 16th: 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm
- Thursday, 18th: 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm
- Tuesday, 23rd: 1:30 pm – 2:00 pm
- Thursday, 25th: 13:30 – 14:00
Campus shop in Haste
- Tuesday, 16th: 12:45 pm – 1:30 pm
- Thursday, 18th: 1:45 pm – 2:30 pm
- Tuesday, 23rd: 12:45 pm – 1:30 pm
- Thursday, 25th: 1:45 pm – 2:30 pm
Campus shop at Westerberg
Week 1 (15 – 21 January) Normal opening hours:
- Monday, 15th: 14:00 – 14:45
- Tuesday, 16: 11:00 – 11:45
- Wednesday, 17th: 1:00 pm – 1:45 pm
- Thursday, 18: 12:00 – 12:45
Week 2 (22 – 26 January):
- Monday, 22nd: 14:00 – 14:45
- Thursday, 25th: 12:00 pm – 12:45 pm

REMAINS CLOSED
The shops will then not open again until the summer semester.
The office hours
During the exam phase, the office hours of the individual speakers are also different or do not take place. If you have any questions, you can of course always check whether someone is currently in the office on site or you can contact asta@hochschulfreun.de by email!
