What is the Studibulli?
In partnership with the Stattverkehr Osnabrück e.V. association, we are offering you an affordable small van through the “StudiBulli” initiative.
StudiBulli offers you a simple way to handle moves or organize trips without a significant financial outlay. You can rent the vehicle through the student initiative “StudiBulli” at the AStA on your campus. The StudiBulli fleet consists of 5 Ford Transporter vans, one of which can be fitted with seats. The association provides the vehicle and sends you the invoice after the trip. The Bulli is fully insured through “Stadtteilauto.”

The rate
Simply sign up on our partner Stadtteilauto Osnabrück’s website and take advantage of the discounted student rates.
The vans are popular, especially at the beginning of the month, and sometimes book up quickly. A binding reservation can only be made after you become a customer. You pay a reduced registration fee of €14.50 when you present your student ID to Stadtteilauto. In addition, Stadtteilauto gives you a €5 credit for the van. Online validation of the ID is also free of charge.
Hourly rate: €4.80
Daily rate (24 hours, starting at any time): €48.00
Price per kilometer for the first 100 km: €0.39 per km | From the 101st km onward: €0.29 per km
Rent the Studibulli: Here’s how!
If you’re renting the Studibulli for the first time, we’ve put together a step-by-step guide here. Be sure to save the car-sharing hotline number 0541/6854459, as they’re your first point of contact in emergencies (if you’ve had an accident or can’t make the return time, etc.).

You can easily unlock the vehicle using the stadtteilauto app.
Inspect the vehicle
.Before starting your trip, check the vehicle for any damage. Any damage that hasn’t been reported yet must be reported via the app
Please note: You will be responsible for any damage that has not been reported! Please add any new damage to the damage list.
Pick up seats if needed.
By default, the van has no seats installed. If you need seats, you can pick them up here: Garage No. 8 in the courtyard on Weidenstraße (house numbers 27 and 29, or 29 and 33). The garage key is in the vehicle.
The bench seats are relatively heavy and should be carried by two people. They can be installed and removed without tools. The seats must be returned to the garage after use.
refuel
With the fuel card provided (located in the onboard computer), you can refuel, wash your car, and use the vacuum cleaner at all ARAL and Westfalen gas stations without paying cash. You don’t need to pay anything extra for this; the costs are charged to the card and are included in the rental price. You can find the PIN number you need to enter in the app. The number is also displayed on the onboard computer when you pull the fuel card out of it. If you have to pay for fuel, car wash, or vacuuming costs at other gas stations, please submit the receipt to the stadtteilauto customer service office. Your expenses will be deducted from the final bill.
accidents and damages
The van has fully comprehensive insurance through “Stadtteilauto.” Always report damages and accidents by phone at 0541 6854459. In case of an accident, you must also call the police and mention that it’s a rental car.
return
Please note your reservation time and always return the car on time. Late returns will result in additional charges. If you expect to be late, please notify the service center well in advance (0541 6854459).
Important: The fuel tank must be at least one-quarter full upon return, and the vehicle must be returned clean.

Bill
You will be billed 2–3 weeks after using the vehicle. The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided.
