As with the last university election, you can elect your committee representatives online again this year! You can now vote anytime, anywhere via the OSCA portal. Students on a semester abroad can therefore also take part in the elections. We will now explain to you exactly how this works:
You can vote from November 27 at 8:00 a.m. to December 11 at 8:00 a.m.
You can reach the election page via the OSCA portal: Here you can cast your votes.
Once you have logged in and are on the election page, you will need to enter the last four digits of your library number. This is the number on the BACK of your student ID! This is only for verification and to confirm eligibility to vote. This is not stored on a personal basis.
Now you can choose! Give your vote to the representatives for the Senate, Faculty Council, the Student Parliament and the Student Councils. Here you can find an overview of all candidates.
In some committees, there is a personal individual election. There you can cast as many votes as there are seats available. For all other committees, there is a list election. There you then choose from a list instead of individual people.
So you have the following number of votes for the following committees
Single election:
- Student Council IfM (3 votes)
- Student Representative Council IuI (12 votes)
- Student Council MKT (9 votes)
- Student Council WiSo (18 votes)
- Faculty Council IuI (2 votes)
- Faculty Council WiSo (2 votes)
- Institute Council IfM (3 votes)
- Faculty Council MKT (2 votes)
- Faculty Council IuI (No Election)
- Student Council AuL (9 votes)
- Senate (2 votes)
You have only one vote in the following committees:
- Student Parliament
The whole voting system works completely anonymously and not a single vote can be tracked via the token system and 4-server principle.
If you have any questions, please contact your student council or the AStA. We are happy to help you!
