What is the UNICEF University Group?

The organization UNICEF is basically known to everyone. This is the United Nations Children’s Fund. Under the motto “Together for Children”, UNICEF is helping to realise children’s rights for every child worldwide. For 60 years, the German Committee for UNICEF has been supporting children all over the world.

And what does the university group do now?

There has been a UNICEF university group in Osnabrück since 2014. These arestudents from colleges and universities who meet regularly to advance UNICEF’s information and donation work. You can also join the approximately 8,000 volunteers throughout Germany and support the team and get to know nice people.

How can I participate?

So if you want to do something good, just write an e-mail to the UNICEF university group. You will then be invited directly. Everyone decides for themselves how much time and energy they can contribute and how they get involved – in fundraising campaigns, in working with schools or in the sale of greeting cards.
