Despite the rather poor expectations of the typical Osnabrück weather, the canoe tour of the student council IuI was able to shine with lots of sunshine and overall great weather.
When the students arrived at the jetty together with the student council members in the morning, the canoes were quickly equipped with drinks and off they went. With about 25 canoes, the students sailed over the Hase in bright sunshine. After successfully overcoming some smaller rapids, we made a stopover. There the canoes were again supplied with drinks and one or the other round of flunkyball was played. During the remaining 6 kilometers, some canoes capsized, but this did not detract from the good mood. After everyone, a bit exhausted but extremely satisfied, arrived at the destination, it unfortunately started to rain. The student council members then improvised and simply moved the planned barbecue under a large bicycle rack.
