Award ceremony: Klaus Bahlsen Prize 2021

The Klaus Bahlsen Prize has been awarded since 2004 for outstanding student theses and projects that deal with aspects of sustainability in nutrition and consumer education, food production or regional development. This year, those interested can follow the award ceremony online on Thursday, 11 November, from 6 pm. This year’s winners will be presented with their prizes by Dr. Sabine Schopp, Executive Member of the Board of the Rut and Klaus Bahlsen Foundation, and the jury chair Prof. Dr. Dorothee Straka, Professor at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences.
