Hochschulyoga WiSe 22/23
Dear students,
Are you still looking for a balance to your studies?
Hochschulyoga helps you to strengthen your body and relax with flowing movements in connection with your breath. You will be given enough space to consider your individual needs.
We are very happy that the course will again be led by Mirja. She is a trained yoga teacher and sports student.
The course is free of charge and any student at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences can register. It would be best if everyone brings their own yoga mat.
When: Always Mondays at 17:30-18:30
Where: In the Mindfulness Room (SL0220)
Registration always starts one week before on Monday.
