Online, live and interactive: Osnabrück universities hold digital university information day

Prospective students get an insight into the diverse range of studies on offer in Osnabrück and Lingen.

On Thursday, 18 . November, this year’s Digital University Information Day (HIT) will take place. From 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the study programmes offered by the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences and the University of Osnabrück will be presented with a focus on the approximately 280 Bachelor’s degree programmes. The HIT is aimed at school pupils, high school graduates and school leavers who are, for example, in orientation phases or doing voluntary work, but also at students who have doubts about their chosen subject or working people who want to study. With digital introductions to the various subjects and fields of study, exciting lectures, taster lectures, virtual laboratory and campus tours, as well as individual consultations, participants can obtain comprehensive information.

There will be over 120 online live events (lectures, taster lectures, consultation hours). These are spread over the whole day so that prospective students can put together an individual HIT programme. This offer is supplemented by time-independent information possibilities (videos, presentations, information material, etc.).
