Cheese up close – cheese workshop for beginners
In the cheese workshop of the WABE Centre of the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences (Zum Gruthügel 8, 49134 Wallenhorst) on Friday, 12 November at 6 p.m., those interested can carry out all the production steps themselves, from the starting product of milk to the finished cheese. In addition to a theoretical insight into milk processing and cheese production, cheese tasting will not be neglected. A small sensory unit on cheese and cheese defects rounds off the cheese workshop.
The participation fee is 25 euros. Registration by email to wabe@hs-osnabrueck.de is required.
